Dopamine Chamber (Indie Exclusive Blue Marble Coloured Vinyl)

PREORDER NOW. OUT 16.10

Indie Exclusive Blue Marble Coloured Vinyl edition of Irish indie rock sensation Fontaines D.C.'s new album Dopamine Chamber.

Fontaines D.C. are officially back, and this time they are chasing something entirely new. Dopamine Chamber, the Irish post punk band's fifth album, arrives via XL Recordings, led by the single "Marianne."

Produced by James Ford, who also helmed the band's previous album Romance, Dopamine Chamber trades traditional guitars for atmospheric drums, brooding synths, samples, and marching percussion, leaning into 1960s Italian pop strings for a sound unlike anything in their catalogue so far. Lyrically, the record confronts the endless scroll of modern life, taking in the rise of AI, celebrity gossip, political violence, and the existential weight of climate change, along with the memes they all inevitably spawn.

Formed in Dublin in 2017, Fontaines D.C. features Grian Chatten on vocals, Carlos O'Connell and Conor Curley on guitar, Conor Deegan III on bass, and Tom Coll on drums. Known for their gritty sound and culturally rooted, poetic lyrics, they have grown into one of alternative rock's most vital global acts.
